A citation you cannot check is not a citation. Each run is archived as JSON on the date it ran, so if a figure on this site moves you can see when, by how much, and from what sample.

Licence and reuse
The measurement archive is published under CC BY 4.0 — use it, cite it, argue with it. If you reproduce a figure, carry its date and sample size with it; a number from this archive without its as-of date says something we did not say.
Provenance
Every record states the vantage point it was measured from and the harness version that produced it. The prober refuses to run on the host that serves the API, so no run in this archive was measured over a loopback.
